Sign up for a Group session or Speak to a coach

We want you to try our Semi Private Groups so you can feel the difference. Ideally you meet with a coach first - we want to know your fitness goals and know where you are at in your fitness journey. We want to be prepared to coach you- speaking with a coach first ensures the best experience

Find a Plan That Works for You

Strength Training takes time and consistency. You should be following a well structured Strength Program at least 2 times per week to reap the benefits. 3x or more will really allow you to develop well rounded strength and leave nothing up to chance.

Our steadfast principles apply to everybody, while respecting your individual story

We aren't concerned with delivering the most intense 60-minute sweat-fest. Rather, our programs are structured to help real people achieve sustainable results. We want to set you up for a lifetime of progress towards your goals both inside and outside of the gym. Finding coaches you can trust in a gym that feels like home can feel nearly impossible. We opened Strong Friends because we believe that we are the last gym you need to join
We don't charge $38 to have you in a class with 20 other people. We provide a small intimate environment where we can really focus our attention on your form and give you the feedback you deserve.
