Session description
Personal training sessions are 55 minutes long. Every personal training session is thoughtfully designed with your individual goals in mind.
What to expect
You'll begin by meeting with your coach to discuss your background, goals and past experience. We recommend you come in person, but can also meet on the phone or over video.
We start by getting to know you. We want to know all about you, where you're at and where you want to be. This is essential before we begin to build your training program.
Our coaches will then develop a plan formulated specifically for you. Each hour session fits into a bigger plan that will help you reach you goals efficiently.
Coaching goes beyond an hour long workout. There are many issues that might be holding you back that go beyond the gym: nutrition, sleep, stress, and more. We help you build a comrehensive plan that covers all of these bases.
Pricing
Personal training sessions start at $160.
Tandem (2 person) sessions start at $185.
