HYROX at Strong Friends

Strong Friends Gym is an official HYROX training club.

Whether you're training to compete in an official HYROX race, or just want to find a supportive community of athletes and coaches that will help you push yourself, our HYROX program is for you.

HYROX consists of 8 exercise stations with a 1km run between each. Expect plenty of station specific skill work: running, ski erg, row erg, sled push/pull, wall balls, burpees and lunges! Sessions combine aerobic conditioning and functional strength components to take your fitness to another level. 

Programming and Coaching


We  follow the PRVN HYROX programming. This is the program used by some of the most successful HYROX athletes out there!

We provide options for scaled, open and pro level athletes. Between levels? Our small 8-person class size gives our coaches the ability to scale the workout to your specific needs.

Combine high level programming with the attentive, expert coaching that you can expect from any Strong Friends session and you really have a recipe for success!

We cap our sessions at 8 people, giving the coach plenty of opportunity to help each athlete individually.

What to expect

1. Intro
Your coach will walk you through the intent of the day’s workout—explaining how the strength and conditioning pieces connect to fitness race demands and overall hybrid fitness.

2. Warm-up
We start with targeted mobility, activation, and light cardio to prime your body for the day’s main focus. Warm-ups are efficient and intentional, designed to support running mechanics, strength, and performance under fatigue.

3. Main Workout Block
The main block blends strength endurance and cardio in race-inspired formats combining running and other aerobic exercises with functional stations like wall balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, and lunges. Every workout is scalable to your current fitness level.

5. Cooldown & Connect
We finish with recovery-focused stretching and mobility work to bring your heart rate down, restore range of motion, and set you up for faster recovery—plus a moment to connect with your coach and community.

All StrongFit members receive access to hybrid conditioning classes. We also offer drop ins for $35, or 10 sessions for $300. View our schedule and sign up now.
