Class Description
Hybrid Endurance sessions combine running, air resistance cardio machines, and functional strength components to take your metabolic conditioning and aerobic endurance to another level.
We program workouts intentionally to work with the strength programming in our other programs. Yes - you can improve your performance as an endurance athlete without sacrificing your strength gains!
What to expect
All StrongFit members receive access to hybrid conditioning classes, but we also offer drop ins at $30-35, a slightly lower rate than our StrongFit classes.
All Strong Friends membership options give you access to our full schedule of classes.
Hybrid Endurance sessions are capped at 8 people and rates range from $30-35 per session.
All of our members are given exclusive access to book open gym hours.
